As part of the COVID-19 Contact Tracing response we require the contact details of all patrons attending the event. Please ensure you provide the contact details for everyone in your booking. Providing this in advance will assist with speeding up the event entry process on the day of the event.

Request for personal information is a requirement of the DHHS COVIDSafe plan. Data provided for Contact Tracing purposes will not be used for marketing purposes.
