FOUR DAY CAMPING & FESTIVAL PASSES

Unlock your 4 nights of camping and festival magic starting from Dec 28. This is your access ticket into festival while staying at one of your favourite campgrounds below. Your MEADOW CAMP | 4 DAY CAMPING & FESTIVAL PASS includes festival entry and four nights of camping in Meadow Camp from 28–31 December. The camping portion of your pass works out at $30.00 per night.

Located behind Rhythm Stage and the bar, in a spacious field surrounded by trees.

Includes access to the Waiohika Warmup on 28 December, exclusive to R&V onsite campers.

Your VINTAGE CLUB VIP is a Festival Add-on that upgrades your Rhythm & Vines experience. Choose a 3-Day Vintage Club VIP or Single Day Vintage Club VIP option to match your eligible Festival Pass.

Express-lane entry into the festival.

Access to the Vintage Club Cocktail Bar and VIP Bar.

Access to exclusive viewing platforms.

Priority VIP bar lanes.

Access to more comfortable restroom facilities.

Available as a 3-Day or Single Day Festival Add-on, subject to availability.

Your Vintage Club VIP must match the dates included with your Festival Pass.

Vintage Club VIP does not include festival entry. You must also hold a valid 3-Day Festival Pass or Single Day Festival Pass for the corresponding day.

BOOKATENT NYLON 2 PERSON TENTS

Your BOOKATENT 2-PERSON NYLON TENT is a pre-pitched accommodation add-on, ready for your arrival. Choose the tent option located in the same campground as your eligible 4 DAY CAMPING & FESTIVAL PASS.

TENT DIMENSIONS: 2.05 m × 2.05 m.
Available in Lil Treble Camp, Bass Camp, Treble Camp and Premium Camp, subject to availability.
May also become available once Meadow Camp and Rhythm Camp are released for sale, pending availability.
NO BEDDING INCLUDED.
Please bring your own sleeping bag or duvet and pillow.
Mattresses are not permitted due to fire-safety requirements.
After the festival, our team will pack the tent down for reuse at future events, helping reduce single-use camping waste.
You and every guest staying in the tent must hold a valid 4 DAY CAMPING & FESTIVAL PASS for the campground selected.
For example, a Bookatent tent in Treble Camp requires a valid TREBLE CAMP | 4 DAY CAMPING & FESTIVAL PASS.
This accommodation add-on does not include festival entry or campground access.

BOOKATENT CANVAS PREM-TENTS - PREMIUM CAMP

Your CANVAS PREM-TENT is a pre-pitched accommodation add-on located in Premium Camp. Choose a 2-PERSON CANVAS PREM-TENT or 4-PERSON CANVAS PREM-TENT to suit your group.

2-PERSON CANVAS PREM-TENT: 2.6 m × 2.6 m. Includes your choice of one double airbed or two single stretchers or airbeds.
4-PERSON CANVAS PREM-TENT: 3 m × 4.2 m. Includes four single stretchers or airbeds.
Linen and bedding are not included. Please bring your own sheets, sleeping bags or duvets, and pillows.
A sleeping base is included for each guest.
Additional mattresses are not permitted due to fire-safety requirements.
After the festival, our team will pack the tent down for reuse at future events, helping reduce single-use camping waste.
This accommodation add-on does not include festival entry or Premium Camp access. You and every guest staying in the tent must hold a valid PREMIUM CAMP | 4 DAY CAMPING & FESTIVAL PASS.

BOOKATENT GLAMPING TENTS - PREMIUM CAMP

Your GLAMPING TENT is a pre-pitched accommodation add-on located in Premium Camp. Choose a 2-PERSON GLAMPING TENT or 4-PERSON GLAMPING TENT to suit your group.

2-PERSON GLAMPING TENT: 4 m × 4 m. Includes your choice of one double air mattress or two single air mattresses.
4-PERSON GLAMPING TENT: 5 m × 5 m. Includes your choice of two double air mattresses or four single air mattresses.
Both options include sheets, pillows, pillowcases, duvets and fairy lights.
Camp chairs are not included.
After the festival, our team will pack the tent down for reuse at future events, helping reduce single-use camping waste.
Foam mattresses are not permitted due to fire-safety requirements.
This accommodation add-on does not include festival entry or Premium Camp access. You and every guest staying in the tent must hold a valid PREMIUM CAMP | 4 DAY CAMPING & FESTIVAL PASS.
